Mark & I decided that after working in Senior Management positions for over 30 years that we wanted a change of scenery. Javea is a beautiful place with a lifestyle that draws you in, the people are friendly and the cuisine extraordinary and year by year we have loved it more and more.

We purchased La Casa Tranquila in May 2012 and it has been a labour of love over nearly 6 years as we’ve updated and renovated the original house whilst continuing our busy careers in the UK.

We decided to give up our jobs in December 2017 to focus on our new life and venture in Spain. Now in 2021 with renovations complete we know that you our guests will feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. We offer so much more than a typical Villa Rental. You choose what you want to do and when you want to do it. Our aim is to ensure that you leave feeling rested.
