Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The large pool is the star of the show at this villa. It´s a great place to sit around with a good book, admire the fantastic views of the valley in front and the mountains behind and take a dip to cool off in between.

There is a covered terrace, perfect for a siesta. The fabulous poolside BBQ house, designed for alfresco living, has large dining area and summer kitchen with gas BBQ, oven, hob, fridge / freezer as well as a shower and WC.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for upto 6 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens up into an impressive double height hallway.

Living & Dining Space
The impressive lounge with sitting for all your guests is flooded with light and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond. There are patio doors that open fully onto an impressive balcony and open terrace with seating for 12 people. The fully equipped refurbished kitchen by the side of the dining room offers everything you could need with a 15-seater dining table so that mealtimes is never an issue.

Bedrooms
Top Level – A double bedroom with ensuite and a private balcony with views of the mountain.

Ground Floor – Two double bedrooms with ensuite both with their own private terraces.

Pool Level – Two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom all with ensuite open out poolside all with their own section of terrace to sit and relax.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, on a Saturday, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Villa Location
This villa is set on the slopes of the Montgo mountain in Javea, with wonderful views of the mountain and the valley. It's less than 5 minutes' drive to several restaurants and a great supermarket. The 'Old Town', 'Port' or 'Arenal Beach' are only a 10 minutes' drive away. Jávea offers 'Blue Flag Beaches', artesan stalls during the summer months, bars, restaurants, shops and has the honour of being the '8th Healthiest Place in the World'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Favoured by cyclists and mountain bikers alike. Javea / Denia and surrounding areas are ideal for those of you that love cycling and mountain biking. We can send you details of road routes and treks that you could use during your stay with us as well as pointing you in the direction of cycle or mountain bike hire from one of our preferred partners.

Within easy reach of all the resorts via the excellent road network. The ‘Water’ & ‘Amusement’ parks in Benidorm offer fun days out for all the family. Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
